“Staff was excellent- good location. I was on the second floor room 270 near the atrium -so noisy as the bar and other activities could be heard in our room. Our room had no decent lighting, and was minuscule. So dark and not a chair to sit on unless you went to the lobby area. Bathroom was spacious ”

“We booked this hotel off of its rating and accolades shown in their site. I do feel, however, that it is VERY overpriced. We were disappointed in this upon arriving to Charleston and seeing what other options we had at much better nightly rates (in fact half the cost) based on when we originally booked the room. I understand it was a busy weekend for the town, but nevertheless we felt it didn't justify the price we paid. I will say, the service was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and……

“Lovely room, very comfortable and clean, really nice shower. The AC was loud, as was noise from the road, so request a room further back if you are a light sleeper. The courtyard is lovely and we enjoyed the complimentary cheese and wine in the evening. All the staff we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful. We found the hotel to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do, with a lot of good places to eat and things to do nearby. Overall I would definitely recommend. ”
