“From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were truly amazed by the level of care, hospitality, and professionalism shown throughout the stay. Every restaurant experience was exceptional. The service staff everywhere we went made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. You can tell that the employees take great pride in what they do, and it absolutely elevated our entire trip. Every dinner felt special, every interaction felt warm, and the consistency across the resort was……

“Food was great, property was clean, staff were helpful and kind, showers are fantastic, and we would go back with the following knowledge- Distance- this property is large and many rooms are a solid 1/2 mile walk to the main food and amenities. We had to get a new room for my 85 year old mother who could not walk that far. The rest of us just got blisters. Shuttles are available but wait is often more than 20 minutes. Staff worked hard to accommodate my mothers mobility limits Air……

“Do NOT go here!!!! It is closed!!!! They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but……

À Miami, les prix sont plus accessibles!! A part ça, tout était très bien. Nous retournerons à cet Hôtel la prochaine fois.”

“Amazing resort, would recommend to others. Food excellent, rooms are new. Only one thing I had issue with the bar where certain alcohols were running out and weren’t being replaced. Staff helpful, and they have a trolley that drives you around the other resorts.”
