“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Everything was good but there was no Indian food at all, 1 Basmati restaurant has Indian food but they only open on Sunday, Monday and Thursday and their food is the worst food. Rest Everything was cool.”

“The dining options were disappointing. During our entire stay, we ended up eating only at the buffet and sports bar. The steakhouse and Italian restaurant were closed, and the other restaurants were fully booked throughout our visit.
The property is very large, making it difficult to find activities and events. We never saw the casino. It was also quite dark at night, with limited lighting in many areas. The rooms could use some updating and maintenance.
Unfortunately, animals frequently left……
