「A Perfect short getaway for our family. Upon arriving at the hotel we were received with the most amazing staff. Our concierge Erik Medina and his co-workers took exceptional care of all our needs. 「Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. 「I've been traveling to this area for over 20 years and this hotel is my new favorate hotel to stay at in the Cancun/Playa Del Carmen area. I truly enjoyed how relaxing the stay was. The staff is the best at this hotel, they are super kind and attentive and truly happy to help you and make your stay better. I do feel this hotel is great for adults of all ages but it's not a huge party hotel which I prefered. 」
