“The room was smaller than it looked online. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Room had a musty smell.”

“I had difficulty with several things while using this property. The room held two queen beds, with space for four people. However, the bathroom only had towels for three, and towel hanging hooks for two towels. There was plenty of free wall space to add towel bars for allow four people to dry their towels without hanging them on the same two hooks. Yet, they did not offer that and it was very inconvenient. The beds were on platforms that made them so tall it was extremely difficult to get into……

“The facility staff was superb. I cannot say enough good things about Lauren. The building is just OK clean and needs serious upgrades. I would not stay there again. Would not have stayed there this time except there was not much available at the last minute when I booked.”

“The hotel was very clean and comfortable.I would recommend it and will stay there again. The outside pool area could have been better maintained. The cushions on some of the lounges were quite dirty. It is Florida and it did rain every afternoon we were there so that definitely didn't help. Overall it was a good stay. The restaurant seemed out of place and rarely open. We did not try it while there because of how many other restaurants were within walking distance. The location cannot be……

“Had a few hiccups. Staff was quick to resolve. Make sure u inquire about parking fee. I wasn’t aware there was a parking fee for a lot with no security present.”

“While I am not sure how old this property is or if it has always been a Hilton Garden, but it clearly has undergone room restoration and renovation. However, it felt like Hilton took a band-aid approach with the renovation to the rooms. The room felt chopped and lack cohesion. Craftsmanship was lacking, especially with the tile work in the bathrooms. It did not have the aura of the Hilton brand. I had higher expectations.”

“The staff were very helpful and kind! We had a very large group and they did everything to make sure we were comfortable. Loved having the shower at the pool for after the beach!! The pool was also great to have!!”

“No cups in unit, no warm water in shower. Lights in outside corridor kept us awake. No darkness with the blinds closed. Mis represented on website. Smells like industrial chemicals.”
