「Room was clean but the check in and check out process was terrible. Took us more than 35 mins to check in even we had already pre checked in on Marriott app. The lady who checked us in didn’t know how to work the system at all. When we finally received our room keys, it did not work when we got to our room and we had to go downstairs again to activate it. Checking out process was also a pain. They mistakenly charged us twice for our parking. And at their parking lot the cars parked right by us...
