This was great as it was the farthest from town and was the last rental on the island before your cross the bridge to the next island. Love the privacy and quietness! The morning and evening walks on the beach were felt like we were by ourselves.”

“This property was exactly what we needed it to be: it is steps from the beach, had a cozy place for my family to chill and sleep, and had good internet access for when mom and dad had to reconnect for work. We were attempting to make a charcuterie board and the only serving tray available was a cookie baking sheet. Only thing that really bothered us was that no one told us the restaurant and bar was closed. We weren’t planning on cooking so that really put a strain on our vacation. I wouldn’t have booked this trip if we had been told that so shame on the management company Coastal Waves for not disclosing this, but I am sure it was done on purpose!!! “This was a wonderful week-long stay at Pointe West. The weather was perfect, beach was spotless, and all the nearby restaurants were not too busy serving delicious seafood, etc. The Pointe Restaurant & Bar was closed for renovations, so we stocked up at the grocery store for poolside snacks and drinks. RH Cove was nice with a few areas needing attention. The patio table in the listing was missing, windows had salt air grime and tiny hand prints, ants were a constant on kitchen counter-tops.……

“This was an amazing property for our multi-generational family vacation. It is right by the lazy river and perfect for the kids. The elevator was helpful when we needed it. The interior of the property was well furnished and decorated. The exterior is well maintained.”
