「Matt was professional and kind. He was quick to assist me with an issue regarding the room. More specifically, my first room wasn't very clean, hair and debris was in the bathroom. I got a second room, it was cleaner but the fridge defrosted overnight, so I woke up to water on the floor of the room. 「Let me say the front desk lady was phenomenal! When we arrived, she showed us the where the Tiki Bar (breakfast bar and snacks) were. She showed us the pool, gave us a tour of the place and was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless! We will be staying here again. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!」
