“The house was clean but we could not control the heat. After contacting the property manager to turn down, the downstairs tenants turned down. Then we didn’t have enough internet to run the television (or any phones.). We unplugged the router to reset it, unaware it controlled both the house and basement properties. The owner in the basement came to front door and yelled at us then he turned heat up ridiculously high. Also, the fire escape back door was locked from the other side. Had……

“We enjoyed our stay. The remote in one upstairs bedroom did not have batteries so the TV in that bedroom couldn’t be used. We were surprised that it was 2 floors with one bathroom on each. I don’t remember seeing that in the description. ”
