"Overnight stay was good. Quiet room and all facilities provided. The biscuits in the room were priced well over the top, as were all other items. No complementary items except tea and coffee. Bed very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"We love this hotel and stay here every couple of months to enjoy the local nightlife. However on this occasion the reception staff were cold and very unfriendly. This took us by surprise as on all other stays the staff were fantastic. All other parts of the stay were fantastic. The room was lovely and very clean. We will stay here again as all our other stays were great."

"Overall this was a great stay for family - two adults and a teenager. The hotel is centrally located and an easy walk from some of the main London attractions, the Charing Cross tube station is literally next door. It was about a 40 minute taxi to Heathrow and ran us about $100. The rooms are very clean. We had a king plus a pull out sofa bed (very comfortable, by the way - not like the US hotel sofa beds you might be used to). The bathroom was also fairly big, but the shower/tub combo was very narrow and one of those half glass doors so while water pressure and hot water was plentiful, it was a bit awkward getting in/out. We initially did not opt for the breakfast, but ended up adding it for our first morning. Well worth it. £25 per person but it is a buffet with a lot of options so a great way to start a day of site seeing. Well worth the money."

"On arrival the staff greeted us very well and offer us to take our Luggage to our rooms. And explain about times when dinner and breakfast will be served. And when greeting is for dinner they took us to our table and served us very well. Room service was very good abit disappointed they didn’t know what a tray holder was when food arrived. How ever the food was amazing. Also the house clearing was 10/10 and also was the live music also. The spa room was beautiful to relax after a busy day and unwind. "

"Very dated and beware of "Deluxe King Room"...I expected a street/building view as I didn't pay for Garden or River view; however, I ended up looking inside a small dingy courtyard with mechanical equipment. Requested an early check-in as flying on redeye from U.S.: they understandably said they couldn't guarantee and would text me when the room was ready. They never did but I went to hotel at check-in time of 3pm and room was ready. Very, very dated and dark. "
