「This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.」

「Great hotel. Friendly welcome and quick check in. Large spacious room with Dyson fan included which was needed on a hot night. My room was on the front so some traffic noise but that doesn’t bother me. It’s a 10 min walk to Gidea Park station for trains in to London. Ery convenient location and a great price. There’s also a Micropub opposite which is worth a visit. 」

「Pretty good, the guest room is clean, tidy and very comfortable.」

「I have booked the first night but when I checked in they said the room was not available anymore. Luckily I have colleagues to share the room out for me but I was exhausted after 14 hours flight and arrived hotel almost midnight and informed me this surprise :(」

「Very comfortable hotel. The area was actually well connected with the Elizabeth line despite being in zone 4, so convenient to go to the centre. The breakfast a bit basic but nice overall. Staff really nice and lovely, they let me check in earlier.」
