「The staff so kind and nice」

「We spent a week here (family of 4 with 2 adult children). It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business! Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service. 「The service was terrible. I left a jacket in the self-service restaurant, and an employee said they saw it, but when I inquired about it, there was no result. I even asked the front desk, but the jacket was simply gone. Although it wasn't worth much, I'm truly disappointed with this kind of service.」

「This is a horrible old property that is being offerred at exuburate prices. It has a motel feel. We tried 3 restaurants and all had horrible food. We ended up going across the street to Ilios for some good food, Luckily we were only there for one night. 」

「The resort was wonderful. We did a few day trips fishing and to Tulum and my family really enjoyed the freedom to have excursions as compared to an all-inclusive resort. The nearby restaurants were great and there is a supermarket within a 1/2 mile. We loved it and loved the weather.」
