“We had an amazing stay! The staff was amazing and always made sure you were well taken care of. The pools were clean and the beach was cleaned every morning. I would 100% come back again. ”

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“Great value - best bang for your buck and perfect location to tourist zone and Cancun proper. Needs a remodel at some point and add more activities and really needs a major restaurant boost internally. Nonetheless, it’s a great place to be and family friendly. ”
