「The staff slow as like a turtle, wait there already 30 minutes, but still need to wait for another 10 minutes. Every time I go to the reception, always have a long queue and just a few staff there and one of the staff is really SLOWWW , really can't understand why a hotel can have that slowly hospitality and even pride and prejudice」

「Had a great Monday to Saturday stay. The two pools are so welcome on the hot summer days. ( the banister leading down into the indoor pool needs some attention) . Shame the outdoor pool bar is only open on a Saturday,was a little disappointed that the steam room was out of order. But many thanks to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable.」
