“The unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable! And you can’t beat the proximity to the beach (you literally have to just cross a street and you’re there). Jill was also an extremely helpful and responsive host! We would absolutely stay here again.”

“We were looking for somewhere warm with abundant sand, sun, and water. We found it! Literally across the street from direct beach access, midpoint of the island. Accommodations were great, the key-less entry and off street parking were major pluses. There were multiple guests in the other units, but we heard nothing. Our favorite room was the small alcove on the front of the house. Warm wood and lots of natural light gave it a very homey feel. Would definitely stay again. Side note, the coffee……

“I had a business meeting in Bradenton area, and was able to booked the condo at last minute for my trip. The house is beautiful, one and half block from the beach, and half block from the coast. The balcony, settings, decoration, appliances, are beautiful, and up to date. A lot of very clean towels, we left everything as cleaned as received when we left, and treated the house like our own homes. Highly recommended for serious people, this is a very well maintained property, worth the money……

“The Pink House Unit B was one of the best units I have stayed using VRBO for years now. The pictures do it perfect justice. It’s a nice quaint space with a 1 min walk to beach. The unit is literally across the street from the beach which was quiet, not crowded at all. The only tiny drawback was the bathroom. The shower and toilet do need updates but don’t let that detour you one bit. Great place and location! I would rent again for sure!!!”

“Great responses from owner. Wonderful location. Easy local transportation up and down the island. We cooked in our condo, I brought my own spices. Didn’t expect them to provide. However It did have some spices, ie: salt, pepper, sugar. They seemed old though and should be replaced. Overall great place and would stay again.”

“Really appreciated that this VRBO included all the extras such as beach chairs, cooler, towels, blocks which airline flights restrict from bringing. We walked a couple miles every night to the attractions…plenty of shops, food, and live entertainment.”

That is so refreshing as that is not always the case! You can tell that they take a lot of pride in the upkeep of the condo and making their guests feel welcome and appreciated! Also refreshing! We loved the location, as it was in the middle of the island, which made it close to everything in either……

“The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal……
