“Very new and clean. Even smells clean. Very close to the beach. Amazing staff. Need to go through a dark dirt road which isn’t long to get to the hotel. But it was like 20 seconds walk only. Felt very clean, amazing value for money. ”

“This was our second stay at Masmara, and we had another enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a great location in Pererenan, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall vibe was lovely. The only reason we’re not giving it 5 stars is that the WiFi didn’t work from our room, which was quite inconvenient. “You get what you pay for. Staff absent at check in, check out, when they forget to give you your key etc. “Staff on break” sign is permanently on the table, and all three numbers are mostly irresponsive. Spent a lot of time waiting and having to find the staff to assist. ”
