"Great rooms with full views of the ocean.Kitchen pots were found in the bathroom closet and although there was a mixer and pans for baking, there was no baking spatula. Bedding for the fold out had a hole in it. Spice cabinet was less than advertised. Salt and Pepper. We appreciated the beach chairs and the beach itself was fantastic. Felt very safe.However, overall we had a wonderful time."

"We loved our stay at Sunset Martini! Highly recommend for families looking for a beach getaway without the crowds. The house is stellar and the neighborhood was everything we could ask for. Beach days were made easy with the provided amenities and private boardwalk. The cherry on top was our host! She was attentive and truly cared about our vacation experience. "

"We had high hopes for this property but left four days early due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions throughout the unit. Upon arrival the unit had not been cleaned — dirty linens and wet towels were on the washer, and the kitchen had almost no supplies. Within minutes of arriving, a deck rocking chair structurally collapsed when I sat in it, causing me to fall and bruise my hip. The chair was clearly deteriorated and should not have been available for guest use.The upstairs shower drains into the kitchen sink below — we later learned from the host’s own cleaner that this was a known issue and repairs had been intentionally scheduled after our checkout, not before. The mold and mildew smell on the stairs was strong enough that the HVAC technicians the host sent also noted it.Other serious concerns: the dryer was packed with lint and posed a fire risk, outside deck outlets had no covers, kitchen outlets near the sink were non-functional, and multiple ceiling areas showed signs of ongoing water damage that had been painted over rather than repaired.In total we documented more than 40 issues with photos and video. The host’s response was slow, and after we offered to leave early to allow repairs, he declined a fair refund. He later claimed we had an undisclosed pet, despite our booking being submitted for 2 adults and 1 dog with no pet fee listed.We have filed complaints with the BBB, Florida Attorney General, and our credit card company. Future guests should be aware. "

"The location and views were really good and the kitchen was nicely stocked. The unit could really benefit from some updated more comfortable furniture and more bathroom hooks and towel bars. The couches were not very comfortable and it was tough for our family of 5 to relax, kick up our feet and watch a movie or games after a long day at the beach."

"It was very cozy and charming. We traveled from Texas for spring break, we loved the atmosphere and Cape San Blas vibe. The community was wonderful, the pools and ocean were a little cold, but it didn’t stop our family from swimming, boogie boarding, skim boarding, fishing and building sand castles. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every evening. This home had 4 balconies and pretty views from each one. Lots of stairs, but we didn’t mind the exercise. The home also has everything you need plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen and the closet outside has chairs, floats, toys and sand castle supplies. We hope to be back and we’re very happy with our stay. Lastly noted, the property manager was wonderful and very organized. We loved our stay. San Fleas rental service down the road has anything you can think of to rent and is well priced. "
