“Nice room with sea view, when opening the window I heard the sound of the water in the canal and the seagulls, the wind, the boats passing, people on their way. Perfect Venice feeling. The view for sunrise and sunset especially is amazing! The Room was very clean, nice and basically, everything you need, including a tablet with a little welcome breakfast and a selection of teas and instant coffee. The service and communication was very good, friendly and easy. Also the procedure to checkin and……

“We had a fantastic stay over 5 nights. The area is away from the busy tourist spots so its quieter but still had lively, grest restaurants and bars. Easy to walk into the main spots and short walk to various boat stops. Terrace gets the sun in the morning which is lovely, air con perfect for hot summer days, kitchen stocked enough to make simple dishes. Beds comfy and rooms spacious. TV only local channels. ”

“Fantastic stay at maison valentina. Very nice apartment. Great for couple with older kids. There are three floors so it might be not advised for younger kids (given the stairs). Bathroom is a bit small on bedroom floor but manageable. Other comforts more than make up for it. Located in a quieter area of Venice which was perfect. All amenities (grocery and restaurants) a few minutes away. Very enjoyable stay.”

“Great location. Quiet neighborhood. 20 minutes from the train station via waterbus. We walked to San Marco Square in 30 minutes. Lovely plaza with lots of cafes, gelato, grocery store and restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Everything you need in the kitchen, very clean and fluffy white towels. Flavia who checked us in was delightful. Would stay there again!”
