“Great location steps away from the beach. Beautiful balcony views. Across the street is a publix, Wslgreens and several restaurants. Room was clean, well appointed and roomy. Building still making repairs after last year's hurricane.”

“Over all great property. Only issue was that there was no oven or enough pots and pans to feed the 8 people staying in the home. Could not cook meals at the house but we only stayed for 2 days.”

“Loved that we could see the water when looking out the windows. It was very close to our event venue, which was a huge plus and Great restaurants were right around the corner! The only suggestion I have is adding a full length mirror. Having 3 people get ready at the same time, all using the bathroom mirror was not fun! Otherwise, we loved it and would book again”

“The Coco Sands villa was a great place to spend a couple of nights. It was walkable to the beach. It was clean and had a 50s/retro vibe. Our only complaint were the shades on windows. Because the window shades were vertical blinds with plastic slats and they had gaps, we noticed that people driving on the street could easily see in at night. Other than that a good place to stay! ”

“We had a wonderful stay at a clean roomy condo on the beach. Everything we needed was there. The condo was exactly as he described. Mr Mitchell, the owner was kind and informative and was on hand for when we locked ourselves out. We appreciated that he was available by phone to help us right away. I would definitely rent from Mitchell Properties again. I felt trust and relaxed. And it was beautiful!”

“We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time.”

“This is a GREAT value stay. We chose this property for its location next to the cruise ports. It's about a quick 10 mins drive. It's set up like a motel with your room door opening out to the parking lot. We are ok with this set up and still felt safe. This place has a super clean lazy river with a small pool area at the entrance. There is a small sand/beach play area right next to the pool with sand toys available for play. Just an overall excellent stay and we will be back for a quick stay……
