"My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando Downtown was excellent! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I especially appreciated Donna at the front desk she was kind and helpful from the moment I first called to confirm my reservation through my entire stay. The valet team was extremely friendly, and Chuck was awesome he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. And of course, I loved the signature cookies! I also want to say a special thank you to Sandra as I was leaving with all of my bags, she was ready to assist in any way she could and even helped me carry everything out to my car. That meant a lot. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend this location to others."
