「The house worked for us, but to someone who needs everything to be top notch, this was not the place. Overall it was clean and perfectly livable for us. There is a ton of work that needs to be done to bring the house up to the standards that it should be. The front door was filthy and needs work. The back door needs work. The bathroom door is coming apart and needs replaced. Paint throughout the house needs to be addressed. The trim around the front door area needs attention. The hallway floor...

Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too.」

「It is very old - the stairs are very narrow and dangerous. There is no bathroom upstairs and it is in a questionable part of town. Only upside is it is close to a lot of business related venues.」
