“This property is amazing! The home is clean, charming, and private. The neighborhood is calm and quite peaceful! We travel with 3 small furbabies, and the fenced in yard is a Godsend! We are impressed with the comfort of the rooms! There are many thoughtful items provided by Bill and Heather! Spices, coffees, toiletries, and gas grill.... so many items to assist one's stay! “We checked out of this property the same day we checked in. It was booked 8 months in advance. When we got there the outside of the property was completely under construction. There was clutter everywhere. I talked to VRBO and the owner and got nowhere so left the property we had paid a month for and checked into a hotel. I'm still trying to get some money back. The inside was clean but one of the biggest attractors was a beautiful patio in the photos that was overgrown and messy with……

“The house worked for us, but to someone who needs everything to be top notch, this was not the place. Overall it was clean and perfectly livable for us. There is a ton of work that needs to be done to bring the house up to the standards that it should be. The front door was filthy and needs work. The back door needs work. The bathroom door is coming apart and needs replaced. Paint throughout the house needs to be addressed. The trim around the front door area needs attention. The hallway floor……

“Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too.”

“It is very old - the stairs are very narrow and dangerous. There is no bathroom upstairs and it is in a questionable part of town. Only upside is it is close to a lot of business related venues.”
