“The front staff, Jen, was great. She had great tips, helped us find places to eat, did great with breakfast and overall helped our experience be great. The hotel was clean, comfortable beds, and would def stay again!!”

“The staff were very nice and helpful. Check in/out was quick and easy. The hot tub was not working and pool apparently was not heated indoor but it was working. The room was roomy and very clean, overall very comfortable and nice. The entry door brackets needed to be tightened because it was sticking at top. When I checked it, the bracket at top appeared loose. The closet in room was missing door knob but it was functional and worked fine. There was no coffee table for couch so had to put drink……

“I was double charged for my booking and getting reimbursement has been a complete headache! Nobody can help me, called Friday and have to wait til Monday for a call back after speaking with several different departments already.”

“As a new looking hotel it was very clean. Breakfast was great, coffee great, and all amenities were wonderful. Parking was convenient and easy. The only one thing that was a little odd was it was hard to find a front desk person. Many times we would come down and no one was at the desk. But when we did get a hold of someone they were nice.”

“Nice clean rooms. Elevators didn’t work when we arrived so we had to drag all our luggage up to 4th floor. Nevertheless 1/2 hour later elevators were operational.”
