「It’s building still under construction! No amenities. Room had a terrible smell. Bathroom was horrible. There is no way you can take shower. It’s insanely expensive without any amenities.」

「It is an older hotell so quite charming. The bathroom was really small which wasn't a problem unless you're staying for an extended stay. Restaurant downstairs was convenient and good food. Waitress was great. Appreciated the refrigerator having a freezer but the microwave was shared in the hallway.」

「I had a late check in, they left keys for me, the service is good. I love the atmosphere of the surrounding. The trees and the lake are beautiful. The room is comfortable and nice. 」

「When we arrived, we were assigned a cabin without a stove but the manager quickly rectified it. However, we were only supplied a small saucepan and no cooking utensils. We did have dishes, an oven mitt, one mixing bowl, silverware, and mugs and cups. The shower had 2 settings: ice cold or scalding hot. Not a big deal for me but I was traveling with a toddler and she got burned as the water turned from cold to hot in an instant. There was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the entrance door. This was...

「This review will most likely never be posted. I made the reservation through a third party travel site. When I checked in I asked if AAA or AARP or other affiliations would mean a discount. I was told NO as they only provided discounts for reservations that are made directly with Granzellas and they gave me a scan code to use next time. We like the hotel and location. Next time I will contact the hotel directly.」

「Super unique accommodation - sadly had to cut my stay short given that i forgot my dogs medication but i plan to rebook! The tent stay was fabulous and nothing like the sound of a rushing river to put you to sleep! Just a really special nature-driven stay!」

「I stayed one night on a short notification. The facility was a little older, yet clean. The desk lady was nice and welcoming. The breakfast was simple, yet satisfying. For the price and comfort, it was worth the stay.」
