「This is a budget suite but the services and facilities are comparable to the 5 star hotels, For the rooms are big and there's even a dining room for breakfast plus good foods nearby. The restaurants provided a lot of choices and so you can get what you want there, even pizzas and others. The rooms are clean. Even though I am not familiar with the change of the booking system and made a major mistake, both Sennca Hotel and hotels.com tried their very best to sort out the problem. They are...

「The hotel was very clean... everywhere, particularly the rooms with big white beds! Very inviting! Very polite and friendly staff ... our favourite was Val ... Valerie, NOT ValJason or Valentine. (Sure she understands this joke). They made sure we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely revisit. Also well located, a short walk from most places - 15 minutes to Eaton Centre. 」
