“I stayed for two weeks as I started a new position in the area and this was a near perfect space in downtown Richmond for that time! Super quiet in the building and little traffic from other tenants. Really cool and unique building that was within walking distance to good food and a couple breweries. Apartment had all the space and amenities to setup for the two weeks. I did not cook much but having the full size appliances especially the fridge was nice. It was definitely a little loud……

“This is truly located in the “Heart” of the Arts District in RVA. The condo is a comfortable and clean space with huge windows to watch the city move below. We were able to walk to everything we had planned therefore we used the daily parking behind the building for a minimal cost. We enjoyed staying in this little oasis in the middle of the city! ”

“Laundry is a plus, although it wasn't needed on our stay. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Mark and his staff were very easy to communicate with. ”
