“We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was always friendly and took care of us very well. One thing I did not love was the buffet which I would rate as ok at best. With that being said we had fantastic meals at the two restaurants and found making bookings very easy. ”

If there is any recommendation I can make to the resort management is to provide a better orientation to guests when they arrive, perhaps make an app. We were given little information upon arrival and spent a lot of time trying to navigate the resort and what happens when. “Great boutique resort. Very clean, staff was attentive and awesome. Location is close to many popular destinations for dining like Rockas and El Fogon or beach locations like Mamitas. The food was great as well. Nice rooftop pool. It’s more on the calm end of a resort. Super chill vibe if you’re looking for a resort to have good food and drinks, and relax in a clean hotel. ”

“The property is beautiful! We stayed in the Royal Level and enjoyed all that it offered! Staff in the Royal Level were excellent especially the Royal restaurant as they were AWESOME and food was delicious! I do strongly suggest that you put in two more bathrooms. The adults pool REALLY needs a bathroom because nobody ever wants to leave so they just pee in the pool. The beach pool could also really use a closer bathroom because people need to walk so far and into a restaurant. Overall we really……

“We booked a room for 3 adults and the room had 2 double beds and a small couch. The superior rooms should not be offered for 3 adults. We paid more than 2 adults in the same room. We should have been offered a bigger room. I requested a bigger room and was told there were none available. My adult daughter who is 5’10” slept on the couch (not a pull out) made for a child. There also was not enough room to open our luggage fully. I had to put my luggage on the floor under the luggage bench. The……

“The rooms are very outdated. It is a shame to put guests in rooms with moldy mattresses, the bathroom door literally peeling off, with dirty/moldy corners. The hotel needs renovation. The food and drinks were excellent. Housekeeping would clean rooms every day. The beach has rocks in the water-a lot, can’t walk in there. Staff, servers and bartenders, are outstanding. This hotel is part of the gated community, so it’s pretty around it.”

“I don’t really know how to review this place. For an all inclusive the food was above average. The property was calm and had a lot of wildlife which was nice. The workers and employees were well above average for an all inclusive. The value for the price was excellent. The bus to the beach was okay. The beach was nice, the ocean not able to swim in. Drinks were strong and decent liquor selection. You got a free pass to the Riu party. The nightly entertainment was above average. ”

“This is the place to go if you want a secluded get away for snorkeling and/or some booked adventures. Dinners every night next to the ocean and an all around serene trip. This is not adults only but caters to an older crowd of divers and snorkels so there were only one or two kids. The rooms are extremely simplistic and basic, I slept in the in-room hammock every night, as the bed is very firm. The grounds are Beautiful and the front looks like Shelha Water Park!
