“The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. ”

“This house was perfect for our family vacation - spacious, nice decor, quiet neighborhood and very clean. The outdoor space is very special - a covered porch with nice sized table and also a stone patio with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Monika and Edwin have thought of everything - kitchen has everything needed for preparing meals with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Having the sheets & towels and the use of bikes, beach toys, etc is an added bonus. “The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring.
