「The location is good for people who are driving with easy parking. The bad point is the room's lack of temperature control. The temperature is locked at 22 degrees, and I informed reception that they can't do anything about it. It is freezing cold inside the room.」

「Pretty hotel with old style renovation 」

「We stayed on Saturday evening as we had been to watch Strictly. We didn't use any of the amenities because we arrived back late. Breakfast was good in the morning. If in the area, would stay again」

「I had no problems with cleanliness. 2 star motels in the US usually have a small refrigerator in their rooms, they answer their phones, they have small soap bars and small toothpaste available. You did not have any. How can I reach an attendant when you don't answer your phone and you have 1 attendant running from the restaurant to the small check in booth you have. Makes no sense to me and for almost $100/night.」

「Not bad. Nice lobby but room and bathroom much smaller than expected. Only one chair/ space to sit part from the bed.」

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

「Convenient location, nicely appointed room.」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」

「Arrived London early at 8 am am via international flight ….Waited for a few hours before getting the rooms we booked, despite seeing many people checking out early in the morning. While waiting for the rooms, we visited the restaurant at the lobby for buffet breakfast for 21GBP but was told that if I booked the night before, it would only cost 18GBP. Well, the rigidity of the staff clouded the judgement that we have not got the room to ask for an advance booking for the breakfast buffet. Wish...
