“We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.”

“Such a lovely property, in a beautiful building, beautiful area, and beautifully decorated. The rooms were spotless and tidy and the beds, comfortable. We can't recommend this property enough. The only slight sadness is that the bathrooms are so small (can't be helped) and the main room doesn't serve breakfast. While it is offered in bedrooms, the common room on the ground floor is beautiful and larger, with the perfect table to invite people to greet one another and build community. ”

Bar and restaurant are both beautifully designed with many references to the building's historic past. The food was excellent also. ”

Good atmosphere at night and in a good setting. If you usually use a budget hotel chain, try this place instead. Excellent value and I will definitely use again if I need a stopover in that area.”
