Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located, immaculate residential home. The property is a 10 minute walk into the town centre and a 5 minute walk to the vibrant Exeter Quay.
The ground floor has an open plan dining and lounge area leading to the well appointed kitchen and utility room with access to the sunny courtyard garden. Upstairs there is a stunning and spacious bathroom with a bath and separate walk in shower. The deluxe double bedroom has ample storage and a TV .

Wonderful home and neighborhood! The house is immaculate, comfortable and has every ammenity. Close to restaurants and shopping. The neighbors are so lovely and very helpful. We walked everywhere. Walk the Quay and feed the swans and ducks. Absolutely want to stay again.
