“the room is so big and nice”

“I hope the elevator service can be improved, each elevator ride requires a wait of about ten to twenty minutes.”

“They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. ”

“Quite good”

“This is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. If I have another chance to go to Orlando, I will also choose this resort, and I will let my friends choose!”

“早餐食材很新鲜，两个游泳池能满足小朋友和大朋友的所有需求，总体感觉很棒。”

“Good ”

“We had a great time at the Sunny! It was very clean and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed getting to choose between the beach or the pool everyday. It is within walking distance to a ton of food options which was great! The gym was within walking distance as well and had several classes that we could take. The only negatives we had while staying was that there seemed to be construction noises within the building around 8:30 every morning that woke us up and the food and drinks at the hotel……

“Our room had roaches, communal bathrooms were disgusting. Pool event host intentionally ignored my child when she wanted to participate in the events. She asked several times to participate and was given instructions in order to participate and he still ignored her. This was my child’s bday trip and she cried herself to sleep devastated that she was overlooked.”

“good”

“就一般旅館，房間燈光偏暗”

“Ok hotel but need to go to another building”
