“Amazing experience”

“Reported toilet not flushing before we went out for dinner, staff said they would fix it while we were out, come back not fixed had to phone again they tried again unsuccessfully and only then offered different room this was 9 o'clock in the evening. Think this could have been handled net”

“The hotel was lovely, and Linda & Des were VERY welcoming and accommodating. They have a little “shop” where you can buy toiletries, wine, drinks, crisps, snacks etc which was very convenient. The breakfasts were AMAAAAZING - lots of options! The only down side was the water was not hot and the water pressure in the shower was low.”

“Room was much bigger than expected (possibly an upgrade) and seemed to have been recently renovated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included although my invoice stated room only. Apparently all rooms here include breakfast which was very good. Highlight really was the friendliness of staff which is probably because it’s an independent property and they genuinely want to make guests feel welcome. ”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a good and relaxing experience. The hotel's convenient location, excellent service, and serene ambiance made for a memorable stay. However, I did come across a minor issue with mould near the shower area, which slightly dampened my experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. “On arrival our room was upgraded to a large seaview room with a walk in shower which was a very nice welcome. The Pump room bar is excellent with a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food both at breakfast and in the evening venues is top notch. Dining is a particular highlight which should not be missed with a very good menu expertly prepared and served to a really high standard. ”

“首先房間內沒有WiFi服務，現今社會，酒店沒可能沒有Wi-Fi服務，他的酒店只供應大堂，房內設施簡陋，沒有雪櫃也沒有保險箱，房間內亦沒有盒裝紙巾供客人使用，也沒有提供樽裝水給客人。 我也住過他鄰近酒店而且價錢比這更還低港幣$200一晚，但是他每天提供兩支樽裝水，第一天入到房內還有朱古力贈送，他們房間的Wi-Fi接收能力還比自己的上網卡更強，也有盒裝紙巾放在睡床旁邊！ 所以再對比一下，這間酒店的好處只是近碼頭！其他不值一提”

“The room seemed clean, dirty towel that was left was removed after this was pointed out. Room was well equipped with coffee maker and kettle, nice modern bathroom. To our surprise the room was not cleaned during the day and towels not refreshed. Also coffee, tea, water etc was not replenished. Breakfast in the local pub across the square was not good. No fresh fruit for instance and the used ingredients were not the best.”
