The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and residential. It is such a unique and very special place. I will definately book the next stay in Santa Rosa, FL"

"This place was perfect! The condo was clean and spacious and had a great outdoor patio. Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants, we rented a golf cart and barely put a dent in the gas after four days because the location was so convenient. Host was super helpful and the place felt brand new! Highly recommend and will be back! "

I would advise those booking to realize the bike rentals should be booked in advance because we booked once we got checked in and they couldn’t deliver until several days into our trip. I would say it’s great for one family due to one living room area. "
