The beginning of the hiking trail. It's gets a lot more "woodsy" the further you go down the trail. Ticks and mosquitoes abound. I would recommend visiting this park in the winter months to avoid the blood sucking critters. #takeahike

“Absolutely charming, nostalgic mom’n’pop hotel. Right in the river. We sat, drank our coffee, and watched the boats pass from our porch. The room wasn’t large but wasn’t small either. It’s an older property but the room was neat, clean, and nicely updated. Bed was comfortable and we had no problems at all. Ms Carol and the staff were warm and friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Perfectly out of the way and peaceful but with plenty of options for enjoying the river. We’ll be back!”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

“3 of us stayed here while on a biking trip through and around Blue Springs State Park. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa, and each bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a nice space and spotless like the rest of the room. There were plenty of plugins for the three of us to use, along with a nice closet and small fridge for food and water bottles.
