「The room was nice and well equipped for cooking. It was in a great location. With this being a new vacation location for me, I did contact Matt a couple of times about recommendations or suggestions and he was so helpful. He was a fantastic host!」

「Room was not clean especially bathroom which was also out of shampoo. Extremely dusty rooms. While website shows pancakes etc. the breakfast was biscuits and gravy with a small amount of fruit and cheap donuts. The buildings outdoor areas are nice but they should lose the tacky couches. Lots of potential here but I felt they missed the mark with dirty room and inferior breakfast.」

「This was THE perfect house for our long weekend at the beach. The property manager communicated with us via email, text and phone often. Upon arrival we foubd the property exactly as listed and well cleaned. The location - about a block from the beach - was perfect for us. The house itself is well laid out, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. With 1 boy and 2 teenage daughters, this worked well. The girls had their own "wing" of the house.
