“The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. The staff in the dining area was even to European standards somewhat tardy (e.g. 20 Mins wait for coffee at breakfast, 50 minutes wait between two course meal).
