"Excellent location. Within walking distance to most of the tourist areas. We received an upgrade of our 2 single rooms to a 2 room apartment with a sitting area. The apartment was very clean, it was one of the best Marriott bonvoy apartment we have visited. "

Starting from checking in, karida was extremely helpful and she allowed us to check in early. Kari, faye, coco, bert zhu and everyone in guest services is extremely friendly, and professional. I enjoy talking with them. They helped me so much with my inline orders with wonderful support. The hotel is at a perfect location and very convenient to all sightseeing places. "The receptionist that we met on our first day checking in was not that welcoming but the 2nd one (Ms. Hui) was more helpful and pleasant. It was on the 29th floor so it was a bit long waiting for the lift (stop on each floor). The location was good and convenient, It was close to Jiefangbei. The room was clean and comfortable but it was shortage of towel racks."
