「The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and went beyond the norm to make us feel comfortable. We knew based on previous reviews that this resort can be filled up with kids during tournaments, however we would always choose to go back here as the resort and staff make it all worthwhile. 「Room was not cleaned when we arrived , called about some one coming to clean it didn't happen till late, he still didn't do anything removed a bag a of trash out the room that was there ,roomy was dusty also had a VERY MUSTY SMELL that nothing was done about it if we weren't willing to stay out the room for an hour at 10:30, 11 at night kids which wasn't a option.」

「There was food in the room by the bed that was not cleaned up when we got there. The remote was broken on the TV. The air conditioner was broken and after. It was fixed still didn’t seem like it worked. The TV at times didn’t work. There was no ice in the ice maker on our floor which they said would be fixed and it wasn’t. Also $20 a day to park seems a little steep to me when you’re already paying over $300 a night for a room.」
