“To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. ”

“I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place.”

“the position is so good to travelers! It neat bus station for 涉41 and 渉45, these 2 Bus are directly to Shinjuku west station where you can transit to everywhere in Tokyo!! The room is very clean and have a little kitchen that you can cook by yourself.”

“Check your email before arriving for the checking instructions, they ask to fill up a form with your passport information. This is an amazing location place, you get what you pay. Very close to Shibuya crossing. Nerby 7-Eleven have better supplys”

“息子の部屋と近いので、先月2回利用しましたすごく綺麗でシンプルで使いやすいですキッチン、お風呂、洗濯機全てとても良いですただ、うちは、息子の家から布団運び使いましたが、ベットはひとつなので、不便です布団1組、常備してあると良いと思いました”

“Hot water was an issue. Talk to owner and they said there was a message about the hot water which I did not receive. Over all it was a great spot and would definitely rent again if hot water situation get handled ”

“This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working.……

“This apartment is in such a good location! Very clean, quiet, comfortable mattress, shower with good heat and water pressure, nice washing machine, nice kitchen. The two queen beds are squeezed in one room, so you have to climb over one mattress to get to the other. There was only two of us on this trip, so we did fine. Very close to the train station. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The only thing that I would say is that they are quite strict about the 10 AM checkout. It was……

“We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Shibuya. The property was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication with the owner was outstanding from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better. “The property has everything you need! It was perfect for my wife and I along with our teenage son. Close to Shibuya and all the action, but far enough away from the busting crowds.”
