“First arrived and the sign to the hostel was covered so you can’t see where to go We met a really nice lady who told us we should had an email with booking room number we we didn’t.. The room wasn’t great it needs updating the place smells of feet in the corridor and room The room wasn’t great it clean the beding and towels clean just the carpet was stained you didn’t wanna put your feet on it The walls where painted over mold The bathrooms where clean need more than 1 shower and 1 loo Over……

“I stayed in the Alcock Tarn suite. Totally gorgeous overall - the bed and pillows were super comfy. The rain shower and rolltop bath were brilliant and the sofa in the living room great for chilling with a book. The fridge allowed for snacks and drinks. Will be back! ”
