“The Summit house was just what we needed for our family of ten. Ample room for all. Communication excellent for all our needs. The welcome basket was a special treat. Wish we could live together there forever! There is no way we could have been soo comfortable renting separate condos. Game room and weight rooms were used by all and appreciated.”

“We came as a family of 10. 2 grandparents, 4 parents, 4 teens. This house fit us very well. It is as described in the listing, but so much more. Generous supplies (bathroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry, linens, bbq, including bath/beach towels), games, books, boogie boards, beach chairs galore, comfortable furniture, very clean, working order of all utilities. Our property manager Brinton was promptly and kindly accessible for questions (answered immediately), excellent recommendations and reponses……

“The house and location were perfect for our family of 10. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short drive or 10 min walk to the beach. There was ample public parking next to the beach which was excellent for snorkelling. The pool was ideal for our 4 grandchildren and the house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the VRBO web site. Daniel was an excellent host and very responsive. We shall definitely return there”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Maui property. The unit was just as depicted, and was a perfect fit for our family of 5, plus Grandma. All the necessary kitchen items were there to make everything that we desired, and were in relatively good shape. The unit also had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and a cooler to make our daily excursions to the beach that much more fun. The property had a decent pool, and the kids really enjoyed the outdoor shuffleboard and putting green that was first……

“If you seek a large home that can accommodate large groups, if you seek close proximity to the most amazing beach - this is the home for you! It feels like Napili Bay is in your front yard! Napili Bay has long been our favorite beach on all of Maui, and now we finally have a home next to it, that we can return and rent each year. We had small kids, teens and adults and the home and management just couldn’t be better. 5 stars all the way around.”

“We had a wonderful time, very hard to leave. The condo was nice and clean and in a good location. Would be nice to have barbecue tools/metal pan and a few spices and perhaps some foil or plastic wrap. Would definitely stay again!”

“Great location for our family. You could walk across the street to Napili bay or take 7 minute walk to Kapalua bay. We had 6 adults and everyone was very comfortable. The vrbo was very well equipped for a beach day with beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Everything was clean and has great space for our family vacation.”

“My family was super excited about the place and location of the Condo but when we arrived at the property the dishwasher and ice machine in the fridge did not work and when we contacted Vacasa they said it was an owner issue. The plates and mugs and silverware were not clean from the outset so we hand washed every item before using it. We then hand washed after every meal. ( There were 6 of us so a ridiculous amount of vacation time was spent at the sink!) The condo is in an amazing location but……

“Just what the pictures show! The view through the open doors was amazing. We constantly watched for whales, watched the clouds play on Moloka'i's peaks, watched the brilliant sunsets, and tried to count the stars. Just like the photos show, every room has an ocean view...my daughter laughed when she told us she could watch whales from her upstairs toilet! The place was immaculate! “This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai. To accommodate all the kids one grandchild slept on a mattress on the floor in the bunk room, but they loved being all together on one room. Napili beach was just a three-minute walk from the house and great for sitting on……

“Beautiful ocean view & sunsets from the lanai. The grounds were peaceful and very quiet. The condo was super well stocked, everything you could imagine in the kitchen, a lot of beach towels, chairs & umbrellas. Parking was easy. It was clean & felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.”
