「Check in and out was so simple. Very minimal cleaning was required and the 12pm check out time was so nice so we didn't have to rush around. It's almost like having another half day of vacation time added! The property manager, Annette was very accommodating and responsive. The Barn Manager, Nate was friendly and knowledgeable. "I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
