“awesome awesome staff. But rooms were a little dated - and breakfast area could do with a facelift. The staff were excellent however and always smiling! Same with the wonderful reception ladies!”

“Great hotel and very comfortable. Complimentary bottle water in the room. A costa coffee machine. And a fridge. Beautiful building slap bang in the city centre. ”

“Another good stay. Well organised, clean and good food at reasonable prices. Only downside was that, on one of the hottest nights of the year so far, the aircon wasn’t enabled and so a hot, sticky night ensued. But a nice place to stay and Lichfield itself is a good place to visit. ”

“The apartment is best located. It is spacious and clean. Its bed is cosy. Full equipped kitchen. Its staff is friendly. Everything is nice. But some of its hardware failed. The room temperature is controlled by a terribly designed electronic button which does not work easily. With great efforts and over 10 minutes, I slowly moved the cursor from 18.5 degree to 19.8 degree, since each time - if I succeeded in moving the screen’s little man into his box and ordered to move up room……
