"The staff was super friendly but room was not good at all. It was messy, had dog food in the kitchen."

"We check-in at 1:30AM, We drove 6 hours to get there as it was our mid way to get to Michigan. Between 3AM to 4AM we constantly were getting phone calls on the room phone. When we answered no one spoke. This happend 3 times. I called the front desk and they said no one called. Later at 7 AM someone was trying to open our room door, I went at the door to see who it was, there was a man with the same room key we were given and he was guven the same room. I called the front desk and the lady said that she thought that the room was vacant and could not find our signed papers. Basically we could not rest and we still have a long journey to cover. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable from BEST WESTERN to do something like this. We will think twice to book this hotel for our next trip"

"First room was unexceptionable. There were black curly hairs when the covers were pulled back and bathroom looked unclean. 2room had stains on one of the top sheet covers. Bathroom floor was sticky. There was someone smoking on the floor. Said something when I went to get the second room. Staff could have cared less. If it wasn’t so late when we arrived, I would have left "

"Price was better than others near by. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in was ok but was not able to get handicap accessible as I'd hoped. Breakfast is at 7 which was no benefit since I like to be on road before."

"Check in was good. Room was clean could've had more towels. Parking was good. There was trash in the lot. Very close to shopping and restuarants. Would stay again"
