“I was highly upset with my stay. I had to contact my host to even get the code to get in. Then I get to the property and the wifi was not hooked up to no tv or nothing. I texted them 5 times to try and get the password because the booking said if I didn’t get the wifi password in my check in Email then contact the host. And remind you I didn’t even get the email bc I had to text them for the code. So after they gave the code I heard nothing back. No one asking if we got in okay. And had no wifi……

“Beautiful property and great space for hanging out with friends and family. Very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are smaller if that is a concern but worked well for our small group of 3. We did not receive check-in information as expected from VRBO but quickly received information for host when messaged. Property was very clean and as pictured.”

“We got the code to check in twenty five minutes after we was supposed to be checked in. I had to call customer support to get this code. The room was supposed to have a game room but nothing worked. There was no darts for the dartboard. The basketball thing was collapsed. An all board games were missing most pieces. The pac man arcade did work. The backpatio that we was looking forward to was a mess. There was no fire pit, and all the seating was disgusting. There is even a mop bucket full of……
