“The people and the service and the quality of the environment were outstanding. Alex and Fran on the front reception were wonderful (and we were difficult as I needed a great room to work in and my wife had interviews for CNN and a podcast to do) and Alex and Fran made everything sparkle. The buffet was brilliant (I’m vegetarian and my wife is highly carnivorous) and we both ate extremely well. The hotel was conveniently located (we just took a short taxi to do whale watching) and it was……

“Room was spotless and cleaned everyday by lovely staff. Breakfast was great everyday (but on the last day had to pre-order which was strange). Excellent location Shared terrace with brilliant views, and the opportunity to meet up with the other guests for drinks.(bring your own) Bar and cafe not open which was unexpected.”

“Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la meilleure plage de sable noir de Adeje. Grand parking pour laisser la voiture. Le buffet le soir est varié avec bar à salade, un côté viande, un coté poisson. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé et la taille de l’hôtel fait que les femmes de ménages commencent tôt, heuresement vous pourrez vous reposer au bord des 3piscines ou à la plage. Nous avons été début mai 2025 et il y avait majoritairement des personnes âgées.”

“Amazing staff in all areas. Kind and helpfull and very professional. Comfy beds, very good rooms. Well cleaned when we arrived. Only thing is that the daily cleaning of teh room was poor, they basically emptied the trashbin and changed towels. No cleaning of the floors or changing cups in the tea-station. Nearby beach and resturants. Calm relaxing vibe. I'd be happy to stay here again! ”

“Very quaint and laid back ambience. Normally travellers like us (retired professionals) might not connect with this sort of hostel, but we loved it. Just the kind of place we used to stay in 50 years ago, lots of young (and a few not so young) guests hanging out, doing cooking reading and very impressively clearing up afterwards. “There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.”
