"Family vacation w/ 8 adults & 1 infant. Plenty of room for us all & we enjoyed the foosball & ping pong tables in the garage too. There were a couple of minor things that came up during our stay that were quickly addressed and handled (alarm issue, WiFi kept disconnecting & pool heat). The bushes on both sides of the driveway are overgrown and could limit parking in the driveway if there were 2 vehicles, but it wasn’t an issue for us with just 1.These Oregonian’s were quite pleased to see the alligator in the pond area behind the house as it’s not something we get to see everyday, (for anyone worried about it, we did not have any safety concerns, it kept to itself and stayed away from the house/enclosed back patio area) Overall it was a great value for the . "

"Hot tub and pool were great and heated up fine once we understood the process. Rooms were big a we had plenty of space. The area is a little apart from many restaurants but the local spots were enjoyable. The front office staff were very nice and helpful. They have a really nice workout area in the clubhouse as well."

"Property is as pictured and immaculate. Pool was also very clean. There is plenty of dishes, silverware and cooking equipment to make a meal. Our party of 7 plus 2 small dogs were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again. "

"Was looking for somewhere that wasn’t in the midst of the Orlando traffic - specifically the I4. We weren’t heading to any parks. The location was great as traffic was not bad at all. Easy enough to get around and just a little more laid back. The area was very quiet. House had everything we needed - stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. we had no issues while there and I’m confident that if we had communications would have been smooth - as they were prior to our arrival. Would definitely return if available next time - if not I would definitely return to Aviana. Great pressure in shower and bed was comfortable. Location and the heated spa were the selling features for us and we weren’t disappointed."

"A beautiful property in a quiet location with easy access to parks etcThe property was clean although in need of some upgrades. Towels, bedding etc were old and thread bare. Dish wear was in short supply and chipped etc. I would recommend this place to friends and family. Beds were comfortable although the smaller of the en suite rooms had the nosiest bed base ever. Pillows were awful. All in all v good "

"The property had everything we needed. We had a party of 11 so the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly. It’s up to date and had all the amenities we needed. Quiet area and not far from shopping either. International drive where the outlets are was about a 26 min drive but still perfect. I would definitely stay again and recommend others "
