“I recently stayed in one of the Marriott hotels in Pensacola. My experience at the Hilton was MUCH BETTER. My daughter and I were there with our puppy who was to have major surgery. The staff was helpful, positive, and able to answer questions (e.g., restaurants nearby, stores, etc.). The lady in the restaurant, helped by creating a dinner plate for our puppy. Everyone was very positice and made a difficult trip easier. They also worked as a team, which doesn't seem to happen often. Thank-you to……

“Clean, safe and good breakfast ”

“Staff was very accommodating. Airport shuttle was very prompt. Room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower instead of a tub combo much easier to get in and out of. The water pressure was great. Very quiet for a great night's sleep before heading out on an early morning flight. Highly recommend.”
