"I went downstairs to get coffee at 6:15. I wasn’t aware that it didn’t open until 6:30. The first lady was extremely rude about it. But there was another lady. Her name was Sandra. She was so nice and got me some even though she wasn’t open yet. And she was so cheerful and helpful. It was very much appreciated!"

The pillows in our king room were very floppy and didn’t do great, but our bed was comfortable, and we had to add on an extra night unexpectedly they were very accommodating and let us keep the same room we had.
