“i have stayed at this property for the past 10 years every easter as this is where my family gathers for the holiday. Because the property has gotten increasingly busy during this period over the years,( they are great for kids on easter) the ability to maintain the levels of service has clearly become challenging for them to maintain. My kids are now grown therefore i stayed in their new section for 21 and older called Serine. The check in, facilities, staff, convenience, beach and private……

“Vi fick ett jättefint rum på andra våningen. Det hade en bra standard och var nytt och fräscht. Det enda som vi hade som negativt var att fönstrens ljudisolering inte var bra, och att luftkonditioneringen väsnades väldigt mycket då den satte igång. AC:ns uteenhet var på balkongen och när den satte igång så kändes det som att den var i rummet. Även med balkongens skjutdörrar stängda, var det som att de inte fanns där. Allt ljud utifrån kom in i sovrummet. Poolen var lite nött och skräpig med löv,……

“I arrived early and took a chance with the room being ready but it wasn’t. I was told I would get a text when the room was ready (I provided the correct phone number) but never did. A female guest was told by another person at the front desk her room wasn’t ready but there was another available, she accepted and was in a room at 1230, not 4 PM. Maybe this device is only provided to full paying customers and not those using this service, if that’s the case it’s very disappointing.”

“It was our first time at this property. We usually stay in the hotels on Collier Blvd. It was quiet, comfortable, clean but no frills. The price was very good. The beach is located across the street. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that the beach didn't have chair rental. The chairs in the unit were all beat up and had no umbrellas.”
