Great location if you wanna be an adorable suburban area near Knoxville ! Lots to do and great places to eat in your neighborhood but just a quick drive to downtown Knoxville ! 100% would stay here again !”

“A lovely one bedroom condo in a great location downtown. I was able to walk to restaurants, close to the greenway to walk/run, and the bandshell park where there was an outdoor concert. The condo had all I needed for my stay.”

“The ownerts were awesome to work with, the property was comfortable and clean when we arrived. We had no issue or problems with anything which isn't always the way it works out with airbnab's. We were close to restaruants, parks and was actually pretty quiet considering we were close to a main street. We'd definitly stay here again and since my kids live here, we will!”

“Everything was great!Couple things that might benefit future guests. A little note somewhere that explains how the HVAC controller is a remote that needs to be pointed at each unit in order to make changes. And couch pillows would be a nice touch. ”

The host (James Caperton) was very informative, knowledgeable about the property and kept in touch with us.Parking was free right across the street and there were plenty good places to eat (to many lol…) the capitol ice cream shop is a must try!There are plenty shops and things to do in and around the property.We stayed four days and didn’t want to leave!”
