“Super hotel - a really positive surprise for an airport hotel! It's a 15-minute walk from a train station that will take you straight into the city, and in a nice residential area while still being close to the airport. The staff was great, the room spacious. We appreciated touches like the coffee machine in the room. The shuttle was wonderful for both peace of mind and from a practical perspective as we had a super early flight. We also had dinner and drinks in the restaurant in the evening and……

“A big convention hotel with a pool and a gym. Housekeeping did not make up my room when i went out from 8 to 2:30p. Had to call Housekeeping. Even then, they missed replenishing a face towel. There is no bathrobe in the room. Front desk staffs were exceptionally friendly and efficient. I was given coupons to Starbucks snd M.J.O'CONNORS, which i used and were very nice. Not a bad hotel to stay.”

“The front desk is not welcomed when I booked reservations for extensions. I checked the reservation before the checked out date, but they knocked the door and called me to check in again. They knocked the door from the morning 12 to the afternoon 3 several times, even without check the reservation one time. It is a really bad attitude for checking in as a front desk. It’s a terrible experience.”
