「The hotel was lovely. Clean. Generous with tea/coffee and biscuits 😋 the towels were nice and big. Very quiet. Great nights sleep and great base place for Cardiff city centre without paying extra! Would definitely stay again! 」

「Newly refurbished rooms were really nice, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is also a bar/pub/restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and the food was decent. There was entertainment in the evening which was loud and we were concerned that it might disturb our sleep, but once back in the room, we couldn’t hear it. There is unrestricted public parking opposite the hotel.」

「A lovely stay. The room was impeccable and so nice. The decor was stunning from the outside in and the spa and pool were amazing. 」

「Nice and clean hotel with comfortable beds and great shower. Just a feedback lifts were not working and we asked for a wake up but when we arrived to our room phone was not working. And a/c was not turning off so I called reception from my mobile 3-4 times but noone answered.」

「Really good hotel with an excellent room just on the 1st floor. The night manager was particularly helpful to us providing us with room service as the bar was closed before 11pm. Disappointing for us was that there was no shuttle bus available up to the main hotel where we were dining. Staff were very friendly」

「All. We had the most wonderful time here. From the walk in the woods to the evening meal and breakfast. Staff, excellent all of them. We will come back it was a real treat 」
