“I was looking for a comfortable place for myself and my dog for a few days -and Cindy’s place was perfect. Private-amazing views- home made banana bread! Cindy also provided a Variety of locals soaps, lotions and facial scrubs to sample-looking forward to returning”

“Cute place near the southern part of the Cliff Walk. It is a mile or so from the wharf and restaurants & we did lots of walking, but if you aren't up for lots of walking, then you need a car, or can do lyft. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, or to cook/reheat food. The bedroom and bath are up stairs, which was fine with us. Everything was clean and comfortable with everything wet needed for a few days. The host Lou was good at communicating, and checking in. We enjoyed our stay……

“The owners were very friendly and made sure that we knew that we could ask them for anything. The place was incredibly clean and was private, like a separate mother-in-law apartment. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay and would go back. It was perfect for our trip.”

“The "suite" was beautiful and right in the heart of town. Walking distance to just about everything which made this quick getaway very easy. Everything that we could have needed was provided and that bathroom was WOW!!. Only thing that other guests should be aware of is that if you're traveling with a dog they can't be left unattended. This little tidbit was not mentioned until the morning of the stay when I was sent the house rules. This made it a little difficult to really get out and……

“Vlad’s property was nicely decorated with all of the amenities you wish to have when traveling. It’s a great place to host if you have a friend nearby, and is on a quiet street if you just need a place to work or rest. I would definitely book here again.”

“Had a great stay at this property! Very convenient location. Plenty of room for our group of 5. Check in with property manager Chris was very easy. Beds and couches were comfy. We didn't really utilize the kitchen, but were happy with the size and seating. Only feedback is that it can be a smidge loud at times, being right on the street on the first floor. Especially the bedroom with two beds, as the windows face the street. We could hear and see the light from the bar across the street at……

“The apartment is relatively fresh and clean, but old. The street is sketchy with lots of potholes leading to it. The parking was not ideal - part of the road was flooded so it was impossible to park without blocking someone else’s car. There is no decent view from the apartment. Would not be eager to come back.”

“We enjoyed our weekend stay, the apartment was just as listed with some nice added touches of fresh flowers, and treats left by the Owner. Perfect location, we loved the convenience in getting to the wedding venue and enjoying a run along the ocean and Cliff-walk the next day. Check-in and out was simple and Owner was available if needed. Everything was great so we didn't have any reason to but nice to know they were there!”

“A quaint cottage in Bristol. Within walking distance to everything we needed for a weekend wedding at Linden Place. Updated for creature comfort yet true to the historic nature of the property. Our host was available at all times. The battery in the tv remote died and he got new batteries pdq.”

“The location is in a quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and to downtown Bristol in the mornings. The town is small with a few quaint shops and great bakeries. Location is great if you want to visit Providence, Newport, and Boston. Beds were comfortable and the unit is clean and well stocked. There were even a few treats left out for us which was a fun surprise.”

“The property was filthy when we arrived: the owner told us we could check in early but cleaner was still there until well after 3:30. The place was littered with garbage and dust. The dishes were caked with food residue. The code for entry never worked and every time we left the house we had to be let in remotely.
