"Changed policy on resort fee. You used to get 2 drinks per night at bar. Now you get $17.50 credit. The cocktails are $22-$23 per drink"

"Clean, compact, centrally located! The room was efficiently laid out. Perfect for single traveller on a short trip. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to check in early so I could get ready for an event I was attending. Only complaint was noise from doors closing in the middle of the night. Sound dampening could be explored."

"Great staff, easy to check in and out. They had lots of assistance and advice, very friendly. Room was great, very quiet, larger than expected! Only thing to make better would be an in-room coffee maker - going down for coffee in the morning isn't my preference. "

"Our stay was wonderful at the Lexington!!! The staff were incredibly accommodating to our requests such as early check-in, late check-out, and proximity to our family we were traveling with. They even let us use the lobby for congregating and they let me borrow an umbrella during the blizzard. The free waters from the gift shop were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious. Close proximity to shopping, Broadway, Times Square, and other tourist attractions. If I am able to visit NYC again, I will definitely look into staying at the Lexington again! "

"Let the hotel property know three times that there was an empty mini bar alcohol container when we checked into our room. We consumed nothing from the mini bar and were charged after we left. Poorly run Hyatt. Mostly unhelpful front desk workers. Housekeeping does the bare minimum. We rarely had our sheets changed on a 19 day stay. "
